Interviews on Article 23 Legislation: Stability and Prospects Enhanced through Legislative Measures

The completion of the legislation on Article 23 of the Basic Law has far-reaching significance. In this issue of CGCC Vision, we invited Andrew Leung, President of the Legislative Council (LegCo), and Martin Liao, the Chamber’s representative to the LegCo and Chairman of the LegCo’s Bills Committee on Safeguarding National Security Bill, for an interview, where they recounted the legislative process and envisaged Hong Kong’s future.

Three-Year Action Plan for Greater Bay Area Transformation and Innovation

The Action Plan announced by the National Development and Reform Commission at the end of last year aims to adopt a holistic approach to build a more ideal environment to further deepen cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, thereby enhancing the level of market integration and global competitiveness of the Greater Bay Area.
